Winning bidder is solely responsible for any costs and expenses (including without limitation, non-refundable costs) as a result of modifications of the booking. Any modifications to the itinerary may result in additional costs which must be borne by winning bidder.
  10. In the event that winning bidder cancels booking, there shall be no substitution except in Kensington’s sole discretion, and winner bidder agrees to forfeit the Prize in the event of cancellation. In addition, winning bidder may be subject to cancellation fees in the event of cancellation.
