Kensington Tours – Spring Incentive

Europe Offer – Savings of Up to USD $1,000

Promotional Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Offer”) is offered by Kensington Tours Ltd. (“Kensington”). By booking a trip in connection with this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All bookings are also subject to Kensington’s standard Booking Terms and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference; to the extent there is any conflict between these terms and Kensington’s Booking Terms, the Booking Terms shall prevail.

1. Booking Window

The Offer is valid on Eligible European Itineraries (defined below) booked with Kensington between April 10, 2026 and May 15, 2026 (the “Booking Window”). Bookings must be made within the Booking Window to qualify for the Offer.

2. Offer Details

Subject to these terms and conditions, eligible travelers will receive a credit (the “Credit”) applied to their booking as follows:

  • USD $1,000 per booking (regardless of the number of travelers) on itineraries with a minimum per-person spend of USD $25,000; or
  • USD $500 per booking (regardless of the number of travelers) on itineraries with a per-person price between USD $10,000 and USD $24,999.

All amounts are stated in United States Dollars (USD).

By way of example, a booking for two travelers at USD $13,000 per person (total booking value of USD $26,000) falls within the USD $10,000-$24,999 per-person tier, resulting in a Credit of USD $500 applied to that booking. A booking for two travelers at USD $27,000 per person (total booking value of USD $54,000) meets the minimum per-person spend of USD $25,000, resulting in a Credit of USD $1,000 applied to that booking. In both cases, the Credit is applied per booking regardless of the number of travelers.

3. Eligibility

Eligibility for the Offer is subject to the following conditions:

  • The Offer is valid on new bookings only. Existing bookings do not qualify.
  • The Offer applies only to European itineraries travelling within the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France, and Switzerland. Multi-country itineraries are eligible provided that, in aggregate, more than 50% of the total trip nights are spent within the above-listed countries (the “Eligible European Itineraries").
  • Travel must be completed no later than December 31, 2027.
  • The Offer is available to residents of Canada and the United States only. Proof of residency may be required at the time of booking. Kensington may, in its sole discretion, cancel or void any booking made by an ineligible traveler.
  • Travelers must be otherwise eligible to travel in accordance with Kensington's standard Booking Terms. Kensington reserves the right to refuse any booking where, in its reasonable opinion, fulfilling the booking would result in a breach of applicable law or where the traveler is not otherwise eligible to travel.
  • The Credit must be requested by the primary traveler at the time of booking. Failure to request the Credit prior to booking confirmation will result in forfeiture of the Credit.
  • The minimum per-person spend thresholds referenced in Section 2 are calculated based on the base booking price, exclusive of taxes and fees.

4. Application of Credit
  • The Credit is applied at the time of booking confirmation and shall be reflected in the final invoice, provided the booking is secured by a valid deposit in accordance with Kensington's standard payment terms.
  • The Offer must be requested prior to booking confirmation. The Credit shall not be applied retroactively to any existing booking under any circumstances.

5. Restrictions
  • The Credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount unless explicitly stated in writing by Kensington.
  • Any chargeback, payment reversal, or refund of all or any portion of the booking cost shall render the Credit immediately null and void and of no further force or effect, irrespective of whether such event occurs during or after the expiry of the Booking Window.
  • The Credit is not applicable to international or domestic airfare, taxes, fees, travel insurance, or any non-commissionable components of the itinerary.
  • Blackout dates and additional availability restrictions may apply.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Kensington strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including minimum medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage of USD $200,000 covering all applicable travel dates. Travel and medical insurance is not included in the Offer. It is not the responsibility of Kensington to verify the quality or existence of any traveler’s insurance coverage

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • If a booking is modified after the time of booking such that it no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions, the Credit may be withdrawn at Kensington’s discretion.
  • Kensington shall not be obligated to accommodate requests to modify bookings except in its sole discretion. The traveler is solely responsible for any costs and expenses (including non-refundable costs) arising from modifications.
  • In the event of cancellation, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with Kensington’s standard cancellation policy, and the Credit will be forfeited.
  • Kensington’s standard booking terms and cancellation policies apply to all bookings made in connection with this Offer.
8. General Conditions
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • All travel arrangements made in connection with this Offer must be made through Kensington or its designated agents.
  • Kensington reserves the right at any time to: (a) place reasonable restrictions on the availability or use of the Offer or any component thereof; (b) modify or withdraw this Offer without prior notice; and (c) correct any errors or omissions in these terms and conditions or any associated promotional materials.
  • The Offer is non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Kensington’s sole discretion.
  • Kensington reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for the Offer in any and all circumstances. Any determination made by Kensington in the exercise of such discretion shall be final and binding on all travelers.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kensington shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, including without limitation loss of profits or savings. Kensington's aggregate liability to any traveler in connection with this Offer shall not exceed the value of the Credit applied to that traveler's booking.

10. Governing Law

  • This Offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
